Neighbours with condition

Instructions:

Fill numbers into empty fields of the table (into windows of the neighbors in the apartment block) so that the sum of three consecutive numbers in a row and the column was always equal to the selected number. It must be the case that the sum of the values is predetermined.

Example

Addition of three adjacent numbers is 11.
Addition of all numbers is 11.
